Our returns policy now lasts for 60 days from purchase. If 60 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be returned to us unused and in the same condition that you received it - It must also be in the original packaging so we can sell this as new to someone else

Unwanted Items
To return your unwanted items, you should send them back to:

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase or invoice number from you with your return along with a note from yourself explaining why you've returned it

Exchanges
If you'd like an exchange for the same item, but in a different size or colour (subject to availability) and the item is unused and in the original packaging, send us an email to john@johnbullclothing.com and please return the item to the address above following our instructions please

NB. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer

Once your return is received and inspected back with us in Ripon, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.


There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:
* Any item not in its original condition is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
* Any item that is returned more than 60 days after delivery


Late or missing refunds
If you believe you haven’t received a refund, please check your bank account first and please bear in mind that our card merchant bank can take up to 6 working days to process and return monies

Or contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is processed.

You will be responsible for paying the return postage costs for your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
